The Compass School Age Childcare Program provides a well-rounded environment for students in
grades PreK-5, offering academic enrichment, structured activities, self-directed learning, indoor and
outdoor play, arts and crafts, games, social time, sports and recreation, and more. These components
are integrated into our daily programming to ensure a comprehensive experience for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
? Implement daily lesson plans and actively participate in student activities, including setup and
cleanup
? Supervise students closely, maintaining awareness of their whereabouts
? Communicate any concerns or incidents to the Site Leader and attend all required meetings and
training sessions
? Provide quality customer service to students and parents, maintain a positive attitude and
growth mindset, and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
? Successful experience working with children in a childcare setting
? Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic
? Demonstrate creativity in developing engaging activities, responsibility in fulfilling duties, and
effective problem-solving
? Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team while
maintaining professionalism at all times
Pay:
? $16.84 per hour + $3.00/hr quarterly stipend (some conditions may apply)
Hours:
? Flexible shifts available:
? Full-time split shift, PT AM, PT PM
? Flexible days and flexible hours
? Immediate need for coverage from 2:00-3:30 pm
? Ability to stack hours with other district positions to qualify for benefits at 32+ hours/week

? Garfield Elementary School: 2:15-5:30 pm
? Miltona Elementary School: 6:30-8:00 am and/or 2:45-5:30 pm
? Lincoln Elementary School: 6:30-7:30 am and/or 2:30-5:30 pm
? Voyager Elementary School: 6:30-7:15 am and/or 2:00-5:30 pm
? Woodland Elementary School: 6:30-7:15 am and/or 2:00-5:30 pm
? Early Education Center: 6:30-8:00 am and/or 2:15-5:30 pm
