The Compass School Age Childcare program offers a comprehensive and enriching experience for
students in grades PreK-5. Our daily activities include academic enrichment, structured activities, self-
directed learning, indoor and outdoor play, arts and crafts, games, social time, sports and recreation,
and more. Each component is expected to be included every day. 

Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and supervising students.
? Participate actively in all student activities, including setup and cleanup.
? Attend all required staff meetings and training sessions.
? Perform other duties as directed.
? Maintain a positive attitude and a growth mindset at all times.

Qualifications:
? Patience, empathy, compassion, and strong communication skills.
? Creativity, responsibility, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
? Flexibility and energy, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
? A positive team player with professionalism.
? Enjoys being active and spending time outdoors.
? No prior child care experience is required, but must have an interest in working with children

Pay:
? Starting at $14.00/hr + $3.00/hr quarterly stipend (some conditions may apply) - Age 16 - 18
? Starting at $15.00/hr + $3.00/hr quarterly stipend (some conditions may apply) - Over 18 with
HS Diploma/GED

Hours:
? Flexible shifts available:
? Full-time split shift, PT AM, PT PM
? Flexible days and flexible hours
? Immediate need for coverage from 2:00-3:30 pm
? Ability to stack hours with other district positions to qualify for benefits at 32+ hours/week

? Carlos Elementary School: 2:15-5:30 pm
? Garfield Elementary School: 2:15-5:30 pm
? Miltona Elementary School: 6:30-8:00 am and/or 2:45-5:30 pm
? Lincoln Elementary School: 6:30-7:30 am and/or 2:30-5:30 pm
? Voyager Elementary School: 6:30-7:15 am and/or 2:00-5:30 pm
? Woodland Elementary School: 6:30-7:15 am and/or 2:00-5:30 pm
? Early Education Center: 6:30-8:00 am and/or 2:15-5:30 pm
